Industry Knowledge
Adam has exceptional industry knowledge having learnt from some of the most successful people in the sector, including the UK’s most successful horse racing trainer, Mark Johnston, as well as, Scandinavia’s leading trainer Scandinavian trainer Mark Stott. He has also gained experience during stints in several successful yards in Australia .
Global Experience
Worldwide experience has meant that Adam has made many contacts, witnessed differing techniques and ideas, all of which have enabled him to gain a broader understanding of the sporting industry and can be applied to much of the work he does today.
Previous Success
A Successful career as a sports agent in the UK saw some great results in a short space of time before becoming a leading sports agent in Scandinavia, representing some of Scandinavia’s top athletes, classic race success was included during this time.
Sporting Background
Adam has a sporting background which includes having ridden for Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum, an amateur greyhound training career as well as being a keen amateur boxer, all of which allows him to empathise and relate to the sports people Brook Sports Management represent and to the clients we advise on a consultancy basis.

Lead Agent
Adam was the youngest ever licensed agent by the BHA at the age of 21 in 2013, since then he has gained global experience of the sports talent industry and is currently applying his knowledge mainly in the Horse Racing industry.
Philippa Stacey
MArketing Assistant
Philippa is a graduate from Nottingham University who is a key member of the team and helps run the marketing side of the business.
Aodhagán Conlon
Performance consultant
Aodhagán Conlon, BSc, MSc, is the PJA Performance consultant and a trainee sports psychologist who assists the team and is a key member.
